The hotel had a great location, close to the airport and with easy access to the city center. It was convenient to have a tram stop nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. the rooms were uniquely designed and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the hotel also had a spa with great facilities, including saunas and a lovely rooftop sitting area. the lunch and dinner options at the hotel were reasonably priced.

the curtains in the room were stained and the wooden bed board was not clean.

During our romantic escape, we loved the charming decorations in our room, giving it a cozy and elegant feel. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby tram station and a grocery store within walking distance.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. there were some cleanliness issues, such as stains on the curtains and dust in the room.

The luxury of this hotel was amazing, the exclusive amenities and the room advantages were well worth the stay. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was top, notch. the private facilities were a nice touch, and the location was convenient for my needs. the spa centre was exceptional, the full body massage and beauty treatment were relaxing and rejuvenating.

The only minor issue I had at this hotel was with the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I did have to wait longer than expected for my treatments at the spa.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities provided were out of this world. I was pampered with the most amazing full body massage at the spa & wellness center, which was simply perfect. the sauna and steam room provided the perfect relaxation after the massage. the treatment room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a serene environment for an amazing experience.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the in, room breakfast. the menu was limited, with only a few options available.
